Some of our tutors have worked at other local tutoring centers
and found their compensation level just above minimum wage.
To make matters worse, they were unable to use their own creative
teaching skills and ideas, due to strict curriculum regulations.
These unbending rules do not take into account the student’s
unique needs in various subject areas. Chateau encourages our
tutors and teachers to use their unique skills and creativity
to help each student with his/her own individual needs. Our
tutors and teachers are well compensated for their services
as they are the lifeblood of our business and the reason for
